The rooms were carpeted and spotless, had a jacuzzi bathtub and a bath in the bathroom. It was in a Victorian building with nice view of the bay and the sea.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so helpful.

The place was fairly clean with an excellent and helpful staff. I loved the newly decorated room with huge windows, a double bed and extra pillows. Meals were fab, and there was Brewers Fayre near the hotel.

Hotel offered a wide array of meals for vegetarian breakfast. The suite was carpeted, included central heating, an iron with ironing board, and coffee and tea making equipment. The location was good and fantastic for exploring this quiet area, just next door to several attraction places and flower gardens in Scarborough, the restaurant, and town centre.

It was an amazing place, had lovely friendly and helpful staff on reception desk. Had newly remodelled and updated room, it included two windows and a telephone. The beds were very comfy, and the breakfast was very good. I did not want to leave and would stay here again and again.
